Deleting the account and related data
To delete all your SERIES user data, including advertising and analytical identifiers, as well as player profile on our servers and data on partner's servers, you need to specify in the form below:
Processing of the request takes up to 14 days from the date of receipt. To clarify additional details, our managers can contact you during this period. After clarifying the details, your removal request will be executed within up to 14 days.
- Player ID SERIES (you can find and copy it at the bottom of the player profile screen in the SERIES application)
- Email for feedback
- The reason for the request

Be careful, the deletion of all data is irrevocable!
